you only will have to appear for the subject you have less marks in. You can take admission.

No once you have done your masters degree you can't do it again until n unless you failed or dropped out due to some reasons but if you have passed your PG and have you degree you can't do it again as it is meaningless but if you want to study more about your subject then you can go for PHD. in that.
