No. You need not worry. Taking a gap year after the completion of your senior secondary education does not affect anything in the near future.
You simply need to have a solid reason behind you taking a gap, so that, if anybody ever asks you the reason behind the same, you are able to defend yourself. Needless to say, taking a gap will not affect any of your applications anywhere.
