You can apply for any college rather than institute I mean Mumbai university or Delhi university

NIOS means it's distance educationfor intermediate and present I'm waiting for my final year BHM results.
And now I'masking about my intermediate certificate is distance but my BHM degree is regular in acharya nagarjuna university . Now I am eligible for CAT and MAT exams

NO, You can not able to get admission in MB now as per the Eligibility for MBA is:-
A candidate who wants to get admission in MBA full time course need to have a bachelor degree from any AICTE & UGC approved college with minimum 50% marks.To get admission in MBA College you need to take a MBA entrance test like- CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP and many More but you have to complete your Bachelor first to get admission in that.
