you did not mention your college name in which you are currently studying. however the decision should be made by the university and colleges affiliated under the particular university would abide by the decision. however its really difficult to predict when the situation would comes fully under control and all colleges, schools would reopen again. however study hard and prepare well for offline exams also. since it would be best for upcoming future.
