In Thane very soon schools and colleges may start though it is not confirm but discussions are still going on and if schools started then maybe very soon colleges may also start. Currently there is no official news from Mumbai university but you really can't say whether exams will be online or offline. Online exams have high chances but if colleges start by next month then maybe Theory papers maybe conducted offline. Thank you and all the best

I have checked for some renowned news papers, and as on latest updates mumbai university winter semester examinations would be held on online mood, Winter semester exams for all traditional and professional courses will be conducted online, announced the University of Mumbai published on online journals on 19 november, 2020. however for the summer semesters  exams there is no information till now. so you should follow the official website regularly to get latest updates.
