it is clearly stated that unless you get 50% in aggregate of each of physics, chemistry and biology you are not eligible for NEET UG examination ,so since you say you have failed in physics , I am very sorry to inform you that you do not fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET or getting MBBS admission via qualification in NEET and so it is not possible for you to appear qualify in MBBS using neet examination due to non fulfillment of such criteria

I'm sorry but you can not be eligible for NEET if you donot pass in any of the subjects. To get be eligible to get admissions through NEET, a candidate must have 60% aggregate and be pass in subject.
To appear for NEET, you will first have to clear your back exam.
