Well yes the results have been announced already. They came out near 2:30 pm.
The server may have crashed down since too many people would be trying to access to their results.
Keep patience and try again. Also try opening incognito. It is very reliable sometimes.

Neet UG results has been out and declared in the afternoon. Sites weren't opening as many students were trying to login at the same time. You can check your results now and if site still not open then wait for sometime.
