Both are almost equal in terms of placement and both are most preffered branch nowadays.....however it also depends on the college you choose.....you can check your college's website for placement record details......hope it helps!!

Both have equal scope, except fact being CS gives you an edge interms of knowledge into hardware deployment which can be beneficial, so CS is preferred option always.
