With a score of 284, it is going to be difficult because as per the previous year trends the cutoff score for reserved category candidates is higher than the score that you are targetting. However, it is advisable not to lose hope and apply to all the counselling process for which you are eligible.

Sorry but you won't get a govt seat with these marks.The qualifying marks for NEET is 40% for SC category that comes around 288 marks. You need to score more than that to be eligible for govt seats. The competition level increases everyday you need to work hard to secure your seat in a good govt medical college.
