Not all the private Institutions takes entrance exam to give you admission in this course on the basis of merit only. Actually B.sc optometry comes under Paramedical courses and many reputed institutions takes entrance exam in it and according to the vacancy and rank in your entrance, you get your desired field.

JIPMER B.Sc entrance exam
PGIMER B.Sc entrance exam
GMCH B.Sc entrance exam
