If you taking as job market , market demand wise course structure , Internship and placement opportunities , exposure , recognition in companies and better knowledge and skills .This all factors you would find in regular mode only not in distance mode.

Regular college gives you aregular degree which means you will have to attend colleges 5-6 days in a week and open means there shall be a class once/twice in a week.
Also your regular degree keeps much more value than Open.
