See, both can be good option and it totally depends in your choice and adaptability.
Mypat has high level questions and is good and since it also provides the facility of topic wise and chapter-wise test which is very good.
If you want to prepare with book then TMH will be good book to prepare from along with solving past year year question papers.
Both are equally good option and you can go for any of it.
