Please let me know I want to get admission in Eco H at JDM. Cutoff of JDM is 94.5%. And my is 93.5%. Can this difference meet.

No it is not possible for you to get admission now. I'm assuming you belong to the general category because of the percentage that you have mentioned.
The cut-off for B.A Economics (Hons) was 94.5% in the second cut-off list that was released.
In the third cut-off list, the admission to B.A Economics (Hons) has been closed for general category, i.e no cut-off was announced which means that the seats have been filled for the general category.
If you belonged to the OBC/SC/ST category, then you would've secured a seat. I'm sorry to tell you that you won't be able to get in now, you should try for some other colleges.
