Dear pradeep,
There has not been any official date provided for Uttarakhand NEET UG COUNSELLING 2019 yet.
But the expected week for registration and fees submission for 1st round is last week of june(currently going on) and the notice will be published soon.
However, for the last year, it was started on 25 June,2018. It is a advise to keep visiting the official website regularly for updates.
