No any book is good enough for theory as well as practice. Yes, there are some books in the market but I don't think they are of that quality. For physics you can have Concepts of Physics by dr h c verma for theoretical and subjective practice purpose and D C Pandey by Arihant publications for MCQs. For NEET MTG publications MCQ practice books are also good. For chemistry, get O P TANDON by GRB publications for physical chemistry, get R K GUPTA by Arihant publications for organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry.
