Cleanliness is not just a single day work, it must be a regular habit of every single person in this world. What improved cleanliness in our society is the awarness in our society, till we were not known about the postivity of cleanliness. After the awarness what helped the most is health of the people not only in good locality but also at poor, slum areas as well. Japanese incifilities is the biggest example which was not cured by any medicines but have been under control after the cleanliness . Etc etc there are many points. Have points which are positive, how the help, how people should make that as habit etc.
