as cleared by the title of GD topic: Law is an instrument for social change or is it just a rule/domination by masses which is just needed to be followed blindly.
Society is recognized by the laws or rules which it has implemented. And laws are changed by the society for the good of society. As an example we can consider the 372 law section of India which was followed so long and now it has been removed.
