Please tell about the states doing councelling without their state domicile,outsider allowed too.

No State except Karnataka allows outstation candidates for their State Counselling for MBBS/BDS seats. Karnataka is the only state that allows non Karnataka domicile students to participate in their State Counselling. For remaining States, you can participate in their State Counselling if you are eligible for their State domicile.
