Please tell me a person from West Bengal can use his SC Cast certificate in Delhi vacancy exams?
Rahul, different Communities in different States are Categorised under different Categories. A Community that comes under a particular Category in one State might not be listed under the same Category in another State. So it is important to check if the Community you belong to also falls under the same Category in the other State. As in your case, if you belong to West Bengal and your community falls under SC Category and you want to use it in Delhi, you should check if this Community that you belong to falls under SC Category in Delhi jurisdiction as well. If yes, then you can use your Caste Certificate to avail benefits in Delhi. But if the Community you belong to in West Bengal is not listed under Delhi State SC list, then unfortunately, you cannot avail SC reservation benefits in Delhi because in Delhi this community doesn't fall under SC Category. Hello Rahul,
Not everyone can apply as a SC cast in certificates in Delhi vacant exams. You need to check if you really belongs to that cast, you can put the SC cast proof. So you need to check the criteria too of the Delhi vacancy exams. As many places you can not put and somewhere you can.
