Please tell me after completing diploma in mechanical engineering, which government college/university give there lateral entry programme ???

Each state has its own entry for the lateral entry programmes. On a national level, Manipal University offers it through its own entrance test. Check details here
For the Govt ones, please let me know which state you belong to and are studying in so we can give you better information.

Im from Assam...bt i want seat in any govt.engineering college in west bengal...so what can i do for this.
If you are from Assam and have studied there then there is no chance you will get a govt seat in WB. Their rules don't allow for that. Only WB candidates will be eligible. Jelet is the entrance exam. I think you can try for the private colleges
Delhi govt allows for lateral entry seat for assam student?
Delhi govt is the wrong word to use. IPU allows lateral entry and the entrance exam is LEBTECH with code 128 under the ipucet scheme. They have 15% seats for other state students. The applications haven't stated yet.hiwebr they are expected in Feb. Last date for application however is announced and it is April 10. Exam will be on April 22 from 10.30 to 1. Result date will be May 3
Please tell me the other govt colleges of other state which allows lateral entry seat for other states candidates?
Himachal Pradesh offers 15% under All India Quota. That's all .Others take for self financed and private ones
