i would like to say BSc in electonics and communiction is so far same as B.E in ECE only while you would be studying morely about circuits, resistor, Transistors,Diodes,Integrated Circuits,Electronic Equipment,Digital Electronics,Analog Electronics,Signals,Semiconductors, you will be also though with communication of networks, satelite, Microprocessors and Micro controllers,Communication ,lot more.
