Please tell me the qualifying percentile for neet 2019 from general cat.
Hi
As per your query minimum cutoff percentile required to clear your NEET exam for unreserved category is 50th percentile which comes out to be 119 marks ,for PWD minimum cutoff percentile is 45th percentile and for reserved categories i.e SC/ST/OBC it is 40th percentile which is 96 marks . Remember one things that with merely clearing your exams with scores around minimum cutoff percentile you'll only qualify your exams but won't get a seat .
Hope this helps
This year NTA hasn't released the cut offs, so you can wait for the cut offs to be released. But there are high chances for the cut offs to increase as the exam was easy.
Just clearing the cut off is not enough you have to score very good marks. If you have state quota then for safer side try to score above 450+.
All the best :)
Hope this helps :)
Dear Sir / Ma'm, the qualifying percentile in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is 50th percentile for general category students i.e. 118-691 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doesn't guarantee you a seat. In order to be on the safer side, you should always keep a score of 460 and above.
