Please tell me to all ways to be an astronomer or cosmologicist at NASA. what are the exams? And if I do PhD from caltech JPL then will I get job in NASA?

Learning path:-
Engineering graduation/ Master's from branch like CSE/IT/ ECE/ ME/ Aerospace/ Aeronautical engineering.
you can join for Job after completion of one degree. Organization like ISRO recruits candidates from who have completed UG or PG.
in PhD, you are already in a research work and that has a different dimension. Candidate who have PhD get different job profile than UG and PG candidates. After you start working at ISRO, you can increase your job profile by your experience and reach NASA. There is no short way to get NASA. either you get by educational qualification or by Experience.
On the part of educational qualification, Masters at Top College and performing well in NASA recruit programs will land you at your destination. You have to work hard to get into NASA as a fresher. if you go by experience then it will take time.
