Recently this year MCI has notified the Supreme Court of India in regard to OCI, PIO & NRI for getting admission in Medical Colleges through NEET, that any such reservation will be governed by State government as per local state laws. The Council will clarify further that it has no specific provision under its own regulations to define whether it is or not (OCIs) and (PIOs) should be treated at par with (NRIs).
Indian Nationals, (NRIs), (OCIs), (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for 15% All India Quota Seats.
Since you do not belong to Uttar Pradesh, you need to get admission through the 15% all India quota conducted by MCC.
