You have to pay the counselling fees in online mode.
It is Rs 1200( for OC and OBC)
Rs 600(for SC and ST)
Don't worry the counselling will begin in the last week of June and you can pay the processing fee from 28 th of june to 6 th of july. Then the option entry and certificate verification will be done.
You have pay the processing fee in apeamcet.nic.in
