Pls anybody one week neet prepation 380 Mark is possible, please study tips and only for 380 mark important topics for chemistry, biology?

First of all in last 1 week you have to be mentally and physically fit and cool, don't take any type of mental stress and take proper diet and a sufficient sleep to. You have to be physically fit at that time, and for preparation you have to work smart and hard. In last week don't try to learn new things. Don't go to the new books ,prefer those books that you studied earlier. Don't feel nervous , just be Confident. Take proper break between study hours but not for longer time. Don't try to study single subject whole day, in each day you have to study all the subjects, by changing subject or topic interest get maintained and you get good concentration for learning. Most Important thing is revise all those things that you read previously. Solve previous years question papers of NEET. Clear all the queries before exam with discussing to friends, teachers and whatever possible sources available. Don't go to new books last week is not  necessary to study the topics that you think difficult. Be calm and solve more and more objective questions .Take proper sleep to be mentally relax.
And for chemistry and biology the most important topics are in physics topics like mechanics ,quantum mechanics, laws of motion, waves , semiconductors,states of matter, communication and
In chemistry all blocks ,states of Matter ,thermodynamics,chemical kinetics, periodic table,biomolecules,chemistry in everyday life
In biology all topics are important.
