Your marks are too low to get you a seat in government medical college of Haryana under all India quota as you are from Haryana . For private colleges of Karnataka too you can't apply under state quota . For private colleges in Karnataka you need to apply through management quota for which you have to contact the college itself . Private colleges do not participate in all India counseling.
