Hello Aparna,

Round two of NEET UG 2019 Counseling is the confirmation round of first round alloted college or colleges choice filling. Well, its not necessary to join the alloted college if you are not satisfied with the college, you could wait on for the second round and Mop Up round allows to fill vacant seats in Private sectors. Your fees would be refunded if you don't join the alloted college.
