Plz tell me . If my father's name has a difference of e and i in 10 and 12 markscard does it affect me in neet councelling or not

Hi Amit, As per the NEET notification the parents name should be as given in the documents... If there is a difference best thing is to get it corrected so that you dont have problem with that in future..... The correcrion can be done by the concerned authorities....As there is ample time for counseling now...

Hi Amit,

The application form for NEET UG counselling requires you to enter you and your parents’ name exactly as mentioned in the Class 10 and 12 certificates. Since you said that there is a difference in your father’s name in the certificates itself, you should go for the name as it is on your Class 10/12 certificate, whichever matches with any of the ID proof (Adhaar card/Voter card/Driving licensce/PAN card/Passport) that your father has. Do take all the original ID proof that you and your father have in order to clarify matters during the time of counselling. In addition, you should also request for immediate rectification of the name that has been mistaken in whichever certificate it has appeared as such to avoid problems in future.
