plzzz ans me I got approx 28600 rank in obc category then why my name didn't came in round one..???and the candidates behind my rank is having councelling and site allotment why???in obc category only???

See, counselling depends upon the choices you fill and your rank with respect to the cutoff rank of any particular branch of a college. May be the candidates behind your rank have filled up their appropriate college. But don't worry as you have chances too to get into NIT.
