Dear Nandhini, in 2017, under State Quota 296 marks secured a seat in Rajah Mutiah Medical College under OBC Category. Unfortunately we do not have 2018 data with us. Neverthless, considering the general fact that cut offs change every year and go higher, with 477 marks you can get a seat in Rajah Mutiah Medical College. You also can consider these colleges as posdibility:

Vellore Medical College
ESI Medical College, Chennai
KanyaKumari Medical College

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
