When You get placed from the campus it is one of the best things because it is difficult to get a job outside as a Fresher, Once You are placed You get a experience and then You can change Your company and get a higher salary. Before You join You should check about the company and Promotion opportunity It is a fact that You should not give importance to money as a fresher rather You should more focus on the Company if It is big company then there are chances that You will get good opportunities in the future.
