No , not at all see why because you are basically from the Electrical Engineering and the Electronics Engineering has been composed in it so in that basically you are from Electrical only , in which you are learning the Electronics as well but in the IITs or NITs they are having the EE rather then EEE but if you compare both the branches then both are same only. So don't worry about that.
