Hi Hitesh,
A final decision on NTA is yet to be taken by the authorities concerned. However, to appear in NEET, Candidates who have not completed Classes 11 and 12 in classroom mode in a regular school, ie NIOS/State Open School candidates and Private Candidates were also declared eligible by an order of Delhi High Court on April 26, 2018.
