Since all the private colleges would accept your admission at a later stage too. So I would suggest you to wait for jee. Once you are done with your jee, there is a good chance that you can get admission into a government college if you are able to ace in your jee mains exam (and I think you can). And if unfortunately you don't, then you can get admitted in one of the private college.
