Private medical colleges in all india quota for around 430 marks in Neet 2025
With around 430 marks in NEET 2025, getting a government MBBS seat is unlikely. But you can try private medical colleges under All India Quota. Many private colleges in states like UP, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka accept lower scores. Fees in private colleges are higher, but your chances are better. You can also look into BDS, BHMS, or BAMS courses. Keep checking official counseling updates for the latest cutoffs and admission details.
Hey Tejaswi,
Considering this year's exam difficulty level, the cutoff should fall significantly and I would say you have a fair chance of getting into a private medical college not specifically in All India Quota but chances are there in state quota. But again it's important from which state you belongs and which category. Wait till the last round and stray vacancy round.
However, nothing can be said with absolute assertion. Just wait and hope for the best. And in case if you are planning to take a drop in the face of not getting selected, then I would suggest you to not lose touch with your studies completely at this point.

I hope this helps.
