Yes, you can face problem in the different document regarding you a middle name like if you have your middle name in some document don don't in other that it may be a problem for you so better you should make an affidavit that the person holding this and this name is the same person

It won't create much issue. During physical reporting at reporting centres they will ask you an affidavit stating that XZ and XYZ is same person. So, it is not a much problem. Just be before time during physical reporting so that if asked you can bring the affidavit.
