Yes, there is no restriction on attempting NEET 2018 even if you are into an improvement class.
These are not the parameters that decide your eligibility for the exam. The only thing you should check to decide you eligibility is the criteria given by CBSE. Please thoroughly go through the notice of CBSE NEET 2018.
