I hope you are doing well. About your question, this entirely depends on the situation of the pandemic in the state you are residing at. If your state has higher cases of covid patients than ofcourse it will still be in online mode, this is done so that you students can be safe in your homes. Now of the cases decrease exponentially than yes u can expect the colleges to open up for all the years.
