Last year cutoff scores for Tamil Nadu colleges were not much. A score of around 400 was enough to get a seat in MBBS. However, cutoff scores are expected to rise this year. Try to score around 500+ and you will get stanley medical college or kilpauk of chennai, if you score 600+,  you can get Madras medical college . Also it depends on which category you are from.
