Not really. Experience more than 2-3 years is considered and as per the experience you have mentioned there is less chances for its consideration.
Secondly all IIM's does not consider work experience and its okay if you are considered as a fresher candidate. Your value won't differ.
Focus on your preparation and your CAT percentile along with your other selection rounds like GD/PI etc.
