In the overall exam, aim at solving the paper 60-65% with accuracy and you land up getting a percentile 95 above.
Talking about expected scores in each section. The estimated correct attempts and score required for a 99 percentile is: (Last year Prediction-2016)
- QA - net score of 70-75 (23-25 attempts out of 34)
- DILR - net score of 65-70 (22-24 attempts out of 32)
- VARC - net score of 55-60 (20-22 attempts out of 34) and
- Overall - net score of around 175
Though the above can vary on accuracy, speed and difficulty level of the paper. So you will have to work on this systematically before the actual exam.
Good Luck.
