Regarding JEE Advanced eligibility

If you pass 12th standard in 2019, you can write JEE advanced in 2019 provided you cleared the Board cut off and JEE main cut off. You'll have one more attempt in the consecutive year, in 2020. There are only two attempts for JEE advanced.

But how can I write as my 12th result is in Dec 2019

Your results will be out in Dec 2019? If that's the case, then you can write JEE advanced in 2020 and again in 2021.
