You don't need to register yourself for a particular Institution. After appearing in NEET, you will be required to wait for the merit list. If you want to get admission in a Government Institute that is not in your State then you can get admission through 15% All India Quota.

If you want to apply in an Institute which is located in your State and you haven't got the seat through 15% All India Quota then you can fill the registration form for 85% State Quota seats. It is to be noted that you must be a domicile of the State in which the Institute is located.
