Hello.
Probably your marks in UPSEE exam should lie between 220-240, if you want to have your rank under or is equals to 40 k, actually the rank depends upon the number of candidate appeared for the exam ,this number vary every year, so the record which I gave you is on the basis of previous year analysis and it's an average record it may vary with fluctuation because of some reasons.
