respect mentor Sir i have completed my 10 and 12 from Andhra Pradesh from ICSE board in Hostel I have stayed My ration card, Adhar card, pan card, voting card is from Surat in which my father is working for 30 long year And my caste certificate from Telangana so sir I request for domicile

You can be from any part of India and can study or work any where and your proofs could be of any address. But word domicile represents that from where your roots are. The domicile of your father is domicile of yours. From where you actually belongs. If you people have settled in Surat then you can apply for domicile certificate from there. But as you are saying your caste certificate is from Telangana it means your state is Telangana originally then you will have to apply for domicile certificate from Telangana to the same local authority from where you got caste certificate.
