Dear Student,
Sorry to inform you that with 295 marks in your NEET and being from OBC i find it next to impossible for your brother to secure a seat in any government medical college even though state quota. Though he has some chances of securing a seat in Deemed Universities for pursuing MBBS/BDS, I suggest him to register for counseling sessions and go for it he might be provided with a college in it.
