Hope you are doing well!
So if you want the college you desired, you can just wait for next round of counselling untill. Just ignore the offer you received from other colleges and continue to sit in next rounds of counselling till you get that college. Sometimes it depends on your score and rank also. If the cutoff for that college is higher that that of your secured rank than you will not be able to get admission in that college.
