Hello Sir,
Firstly, sir, your son's NEET score is the sole way to get him a seat in MBBS. Secondly yes, he is eligible as every state and gov.medical colleges have seats reserved for Army Personals and Ex-servicemen. But Neet doesn't have any such thing under All India Quota.
And as he has OBC certificate he has a chance but again it depends upon the availability of seats in the particular college. I suggest keeping a close eye on the cutoffs will help him land in the best college.
