Congrats on scoring so good in XII boards and JEE Main also.
Coming back to your question, you will definitely get a seat in Thapar in CSE in upcoming merit list as last year the closing cutoff was 96.004.So you will definitely get a seat there.
But if u had to take my suggestion you should definitely try some more good colleges as your percentile is quite good in JEE.
